Save the lake in support of Lake Winnipeg

Save the Lake is an annual fundraiser to raise funds to maintain a clean and healthy Lake Winnipeg. Each year we raise funds for Research and advocacy. All proceeds go to the Lake Winnipeg Research Consortium and the Lake Winnipeg Foundation.

Donate to Save the Lake

We have worked with the Westshore Community Foundation and the Winnipeg Foundation to create a Save the Lake Fund. All donations to this fund are tax deductible. All the proceeds are donated to the Lake Winnipeg Research Consortium and the Lake Winnipeg Foundation. Donate today and make sure Lake Winnipeg gets the attention it deserves.
  1. If you would like to make a tax deductible donation press the link below.
  2. This will take you to the Westshore Community Foundations site that is run by the Winnipeg Foundation.
  3. Indicate the amount of your donation
  4. Decide if your donation will be in memory or honour of someone else.
  5. Decide if your gift is anonymous
  6. Print the Name of the Fund – “Save the Lake Fund”
  7. You will then be taken to the shopping cart where you can enter your payment information.
  8. A tax Receipt will be issued to your email address
